If you are Office 365 admin you will be able to turn off MicrosoftViva emails for the whole organization.
To turn off Viva daily emails open Microsoft 365 admin center: https://admin.microsoft.com/
Go to Settings (1), Org settings (2), Services (3) and select Briefing email from Microsoft Viva (4).
In the new tab unselect Let people in your organization receive Briefing email option.
After the changes will be sent Microsoft Viva daily emails will be turned off for whole organization.
How to turn off Microsoft Viva daily emails for one user
You can also turn off Viva daily briefing and digest emails for the single user. If a single person what to unsubscribe from Microsoft Viva emails. The only thing you need to do is to open the email and search for the Unsubscribe button in the email.
You will be asked for additional confirmation. Just select the Yes button.
In such a case Microsoft Viva emails will be turned off for one user.
